EXCHANGE & RETURN
What is the online return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp at +201223970222 or email contact@midey.co. Items must be unused, with all tags intact and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What is the in-store return policy?
You can return your purchase in store within 14 days from the date of receipt, with original packaging and your purchase invoice.
What if I received a defective item?
